As a WordPress Support Contract customer you can expect priority service and scheduling.
Need expert WordPress support?
We can help. We will work with you to put together a customised package to take care of all your website needs. This includes but is not limited to WordPress upgrades, plugin installation, diagnosing WordPress related problems, WooCommerce catalogue updates, SEO, reporting and advice.
All services are charged at $75/hr + GST with a minimum of 2 hours/month (our normal support rate for clients is $109/hr, with a casual rate of $125/hr for non clients). You are guaranteed priority service and scheduling coupled with the benefit of not being locked into a long term contract.
This limited service is available to existing clients only, and based on availability. Your WordPress installation will need to be hosted on our servers.
HOW IT WORKS
We review your WordPress site and your digital footprint. We ask questions to figure out exactly what you need.
Together we create a customised plan and task list, and setup your account in Basecamp – our preferred tool for online collaboration (included free).
We work through the scheduled tasks for the month, and take care on any issues as they arise or are reported. You can request tasks via Basecamp at any time.
Every three months we will review your site to ensure that your goals are been met and challenges addressed.
Aside from scheduled tasks you can rely on us to keep an expert eye on your website and notify you of any problems. We will also automatically update your WordPress installation and Plugins as necessary.

Can I use the WordPress Support Package for a specific project?
Yes. Our WordPress Support Package provides a cost effective way of completing a project.
I know my website needs to be improved but I don’t know where to start, can you help?
Yes. If you have a WordPress Support Package we can review your site and provide recommendations for improvements. We will work with you, and within your budget, to implement these improvements.
Can you write blog posts for me?
Yes, we can. Either from scratch or working from an outline that you provide. Regular, quality blog posts are a must for SEO.
Can you arrange photos for my site?
No, but we can make some recommendations and give advice on best practice for this.
Can I ask you to do anything for me at any time during the month?
Yes, within reason. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm; during this time you will receive priority support.
I need to add specific functionality to my website, can you help?
Generally, yes. We can suggest suitable plugins to create the functionality that you require and/or we can recommend a developer should you want a custom solution.
